Sewell Facilities Management offers specific vacancies to individuals from Mencap and ensures they feel comfortable in the interview and work trial environment, with the long term objective to eventually have individuals from Mencap in every Sewell Facilities Management cleaning team across the Yorkshire region.

A school built under the Building Schools For The Future programme by Sewell Construction, the excellent relationship with the school senior team established in the build phase continued through handover and into operation. Opened as the first PFI primary school in the country in 1999, we have delivered full facilities management ever since. This has included helping to keep the school operational through three extensions. As part of the LIFT programme we have been involved in the design process, build phase, through soft landing and in to operation to provide hard FM services and lifecycle programme management.
