The Sewell FM Projects Team work closely with our Sewell Construction services team to offer smaller, reactive project works, or new installations.

As a relatively new team, we’re building it up to ensure we have the right people and skills to be able to offer a rounded service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Fire door inspections and remedial works
• Compiling relevant information for quotations
• Liaising with and managing external contractors where appropriate
• Providing cover to the maintenance team as required

We also have a team of trades people including electricians, joiners, painters, and decorators. So, if you have a certain set of trade skills, and you think you like the sound of our workforce, get in touch!
