As a Gas Maintenance Technician (GMT), you’ll cover everything from plumbing and mechanical, to ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and catering equipment. It’ll be your job to respond to both planned and reactive works, ensuring all properties are safe and compliant.

You’ll also be a main key holders to Sewell properties, responding to emergency call outs, identifying, reporting, and repairing any defects and other maintenance requirements within them.

Many of our technicians are multi skilled across a number of disciplines which is supported by a range of internal and supported training.
