Sewell Facilities Management appointed to £1.1bn national framework

Sewell Facilities Management has secured a place on a national framework which will enable public sector organisations to access its teams’ skills and expertise quicker and easier.

The Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Framework provides over 500 public sector organisations access to pre-procured service providers, that have already been market tested, ensuring value for money and quality.

Sewell Facilities Management has been successful in securing a place on three lots of the framework to deliver multiple services, including bundled or a total FM package.

Martin Stead, Managing Director of Sewell Facilities Management, said:

“Being on the Fusion21 Workplace and Facilities Framework means our public sector customers don’t have to go down the traditional time-consuming procurement process and can access our services this way instead.

“It makes it much simpler, quicker and cost effective for customers and enables them to concentrate on their busy day-to-day roles and services, which is much more effective and efficient for everyone involved.

“We went through a very detailed application process over several weeks to qualify for a place on the framework and were assessed on quality and cost. We’re delighted to have secured a place and looking forward to the opportunities it will bring.”

Mark Chadwick Director of Business Services at Fusion 21 said:

“We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto the framework, including Sewell Facilities Management Limited. The tender process was highly competitive and the process has identified the best suppliers for our members to use. A further, real benefit to our members and their communities is the social value delivery that is aligned to organisational priorities and can be monitored and reported against for all call offs.”
