Downtime and building concerns that could affect your day-to-day delivery is the last thing you need. So, we’re on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure repairs are carried out as quickly and effectively as possible.

Assistance is never more than 30 minutes away and includes:

  • Emergency response service, including out of hours, from a local hands-on team of engineers 
  • A single point of contact from a member of our customer care team  
  • Repairs and remedial works to keep everything in check following your planned preventative maintenance 
  • Our multi-skilled workforce can attend to a wide variety of breakdowns and problems including joinery and plumbing 
  • Access to a specialist supply chain who we work closely with to be able to provide specialist repairs  


We also have a dedicated FM Projects team

This specialist team works closely with our Sewell Construction services team to offer smaller, reactive project works, or new installations.
