Pre-build design planning

We are able to influence the choice of materials to ensure suitability and longevity and using our experience we are able to provide guidance on how the buildings are used by the tenants.
This is particularly useful when planning items such as lock suiting and security.

We provide advice on maintenance requirements and how access can be gained to certain parts of the building particularly areas that could otherwise be inaccessible.
Early involvement in the project allows us to start to prepare for the building’s handover earlier than on a standard Construction/FM contract.

"It’s absolutely apparent their key motivation is making sure everything is right for the pupils so they can get on with their learning and the school day."
