This is particularly useful when planning items such as lock suiting and security.
We provide advice on maintenance requirements and how access can be gained to certain parts of the building particularly areas that could otherwise be inaccessible.
Early involvement in the project allows us to start to prepare for the building’s handover earlier than on a standard Construction/FM contract.
