You need to be reassured any questions or reactive requests will be dealt with quickly. At any time, day or night, you can pick up the phone to our friendly and knowledgeable customer care team who are based locally and are there for you by telephone, email or via the customer intranet.

The team will action queries accordingly and keep a record of all statutory obligations, as well as keep you in the loop and informed throughout.

You can also log into the customer intranet at any time, from anywhere to keep a track of logged jobs.

They extremely responsive. If something crops up, in our building, we log the job and we know it will be sorted in a timely way. If it can't be sorted, there will be advice on what needs to happen.
