Meet the team at the heart of the business

They answer thousands of calls from schools each year and are the point of contact to give you peace of mind around the clock.

Katie Crosby, Natalie Larkman, Emma Levitt, Cassie Rees-Wilson and Leigh Bower offer a friendly, approachable and consistent service whenever you need a helping hand, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance jobs are completed as soon as possible.

Katie, who joined Sewell FM in 2009 and now leads the team, said: “The most important thing for us is to deliver an excellent, polite and approachable service, and make sure the customer is called back.”

From general maintenance and lifecycle planning, to preventative programmes of work and statutory compliance, our local, hands-on support will ensure your buildings are safe, legal, well maintained and fit for purpose 24/7.

Help is only a maximum of 30 minutes away, so you can rest safe in the knowledge every aspect of your buildings and grounds will be taken care of.

At Sewell Facilities Management, we know how important it is to respond quickly and efficiently while teachers and staff get on with their jobs. Emma, who has been part of the team since September, said: “Schools can have confidence in us to get the job done and do it well.

“They need a quick turnaround and I like the fact it’s so fast-paced here. There is always someone on the end of the phone who will help.”

Last year, the team recorded and responded to almost 8,000 planned and reactive maintenance jobs.
