Who We Work With

We work with a broad variety of customers and the scope is almost always different as we provide a bespoke service to each dependent on individual’s needs and requirements.  What is common across them all is access to our customer service team 24 hours a day and 365 days per year, with a range of skilled engineers on call to respond as necessary.

We were engaged part way through the build to provide a full FM service for this newly established school.  Working closely with Sewell Construction we ensured a soft landing and are now all working together again as the school is extended to almost double its original size. Kingswood Parks Primary has s full facilities management service, leaving them to focus on their teaching with peace of mind!

Sewell have support this charity for almost 20 years in fundraising and various build projects, the natural extension of the relationship was into facilities management.  We ensure that all statutory maintenance and testing is completed to keep all staff and animals safe.

After establishing a strong relationship during the construction of the new school, we were invited to tender for the facilities management service.  Once successful we were able to assist the school leadership team with a soft landing and ensure that all of the hard of soft services were taken care of.

Through a tender we were appointed to provide hard facilities management for CHCP’s new head office.  This relationship has since expanded to take in other properties form which services are delivered including some residential care homes.

School Built under the BSF programme by Sewell Construction, the excellent relationship with the school senior team established in the build phase continued through handover and into operation. We work with the school to provide them with full facilities management services, as well as helping out wherever we can to make it easier for the staff and pupils to enjoy their education with peace of mind!

Opened as the first PFI primary school in the country in 1999, we have delivered full facilities management ever since.  This has included helping to keep the school operational through three extensions. Our facilities officer, Paul, has also introduced and takes care of the school ducks, Fidget and Spinner, who are a huge hit with the pupils!

As part of the LIFT programme we have been involved in the design process, build phase, through soft landing and in to operation to provide hard FM services and lifecycle programme management.  The portfolio now consists of 12 buildings varying in size up, number 13 is currently being constructed and number 14 is in the planning stage.

Via PFI contract we deliver total facilities management to Hob Moor Children’s Centre, St Oswald’s Primary School and St Barnabas Primary School.  We also have mobile engineers based locally that support the site based Facilities Officers.

Beginning with a cleaning and caretaking service, the relationship at Dunnington blossomed and we now deliver all statutory maintenance and testing and a comprehensive planned maintenance regime.
